SPEAK UP for BEN, Inc. is a Pennsylvania non-profit corporation with 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status. 

We are governed by a volunteer Board of Directors consisting of professionals who are community members directly impacted by our mission.  Day-to-day operations are managed by our board-appointed Executive Director.

Speak Up for Ben, Inc. is a contracted service provider with Northampton County Department of Human Services Drug & Alcohol Division. We provide recovery-oriented systems of care to the Northampton County and Lehigh Valley, PA community through our flagship program, the OASIS Community Center. As such, Speak Up for Ben, Inc. undergoes an annual audit conducted by a third-party accounting firm and submitted to the Northampton County Department of Human Services Drug and Alcohol Division Administrator (SCA) for accountability and transparency.

OUR MISSION

Through compassion and understanding of the family disease of addiction, we seek to provide education, support, comfort and healing to people who are at risk for, experiencing, or recovering from Substance Use Disorder, their families, and the families of those who lost their battle. This will be accomplished through educational forums, community events, and providing supportive programming through the OASIS Community Center in Northampton County, Pennsylvania.
